Because espresso is simply a more concentrated expression of a coffee, using high quality beans becomes even more essential. To maximize sweetness and flavor clarity, this coffee is roasted lighter than most traditional espresso blends. Taste is subjective, so feel free to experiment, but we recommend starting with a 1: 3 coffee to water ratio, filtered water, and a
